Rob Silsbury is currently Ecommerce Director for Tiffany & Co. a New York based global luxury leader in the jewellery sector where he oversees all direct (non-store) sales operations including direct and digital marketing for the UK and Europe.
Prior to this Rob was Marketing Director for UK based start-up glassesdirect.com, where he was tasked with an aggressive optimisation drive and a complete overhaul of the UK marketing strategy including the acquisition of sunglassesshop.com, which was subsequently launched across Europe and the launch of several house brands including luxury arm myoptique.com. Rob's previous positions include Head of Customer Acquisition at Boden, a UK based fashion retailer who have business in the USA and Europe where he delivered a step change in the growth rate through customer acquisition, and numerous marketing and ecommerce appointments within the Saga Group Ltd. the leading UK organisation providing products and services for the over 50s, where Rob delivered treble figure online growth rates and established the framework for ecommerce and online marketing.
