The Performance Marketing Awards operates a refund and cancellation policy for table and seat bookings minus a cancellation charge of 20%. All requests must be made in writing via fax or letter no later than the 1st March 2016.
After 1st March no refunds will be given.
Please note: Any refund requests received after this deadline will not be honoured. All refunds will be made within 4 weeks after the event has closed.
