Better Never Stops: Castore and GreatThings Redefine Creator-Led Performance
The Challenge
Castore, a premium British sportswear brand, needed to prove that creators could deliver both brand equity and measurable sales. In June 2025, they partnered with GreatThings to design and launch their first Creator-Led Performance Programme — a proof of concept merging authentic creator storytelling with affiliate-grade measurability.
The Strategy
Using Grin as the management and tracking platform, GreatThings built the programme from the ground up: sourcing creators aligned with Castore's precision, performance, and purpose; setting clear and measurable KPIs; and integrating full-funnel tracking to attribute every sale.
Execution and Innovation
Within 12 weeks, Castore onboarded over 300 creators with a combined reach of 3.92 million. Structured data workflows were merged with authentic creator storytelling, alongside thoughtful touches like in-person influencer events.
Results
Over 1,150 pieces of content produced, £33k in tracked revenue, and over 7% of total affiliate sales within the first few months — establishing a scalable blueprint for Castore's 2026 growth strategy.
