Who can enter?
The awards are open to new and established companies including Advertisers, Publishers, Media Owners, Agencies, Networks, Startups, Technology Providers or Individuals who operate in the Performance Marketing sector.
Entries may be made directly by the company or via an authorised agent such as their network, agency or PR agency.
Entries may be submitted for multiple categories however, must be tailored to fit the category.
Who and what is eligible?
Entrants can be based anywhere in the world but submissions should only relate to activity within the UK that’s aimed at UK consumers.
The eligibility (that’s when the work must have taken place) must have been carried out between 1st January 2024 and Final Deadline 13th February 2025.
Any entries which have been submitted in previous years may not be submitted in 2025, unless you can clearly showcase considerable developments in the execution and results have occurred since the last time it was received. It cannot be a simple resubmission of the previous entry.

When do entries close?
There are different priced entry stages but the last entry stage will be open until midnight (GMT) on 13th February 2025.
What is the activity period?
The work must have been carried out between 1st January 2024 and Final Deadline on the 13th February 2025.
Do you have a code of conduct?
Yes. We want to encourage a pleasant environment to celebrate the industry’s achievements.
We have a zero tolerance policy against substance abuse, harassment of any kind and violence. Both the venue and the organisers will evacuate those who do not follow our code of conduct and those reported may be banned from future events.
What are the deadlines and entry fees?
- Early-bird Deadline is 12.12.24 and entries are £350 each.
- Regular Deadline is 23.01.25 and entries are £475 each.
- Late Deadline is 06.02.25 and entries are £575 each.
- Last Chance Deadline is 13.02.25 and entries are £650 each.
All prices exclude VAT at 20%
Can I withdraw an entry?
An entry may be withdrawn for any reason up until the shortlist is announced upon written request; however the entry fee is non-refundable.

What is the dress code?
The dress code is black tie.
Can I get a refund?
Once an entry has been submitted it may be withdrawn as per the terms above, however, all entry fees paid are non-refundable.
