Chris moved into affiliate marketing in 2007, having spent a few years in offline media agencies and publishers. He has worked on all sides of the industry, starting at the network dgm as Marketing Director. Following a stint running the UK operation for affiliate agency, nonstopConsulting, he returned network side and worked in various positions at Tradedoubler. He is currently leading the UK business for publisher, Bravo Savings Network and working as an independent consultant.
Ciaron is the MD at Genie Ventures, where he gets to work with an incredible group of 70 people relentlessly making things up in ecommerce tech and marketing. Genie Ventures creates and operates different, highly effective brands in affiliate publishing (Broadband Genie, Office Genie, Genie Shopping), digital marketing for retail (Genie Goals), and previously direct e-commerce (Kopi, Big Cup Little Cup). They focus on desire, attitude, fulfilment, learning, and they very much have our own approach to leading and growing businesses.

Currently at The Body Shop, he has been submerged into an environment where he can hone new practices and create change in the affiliate marketing world. He is looking forward to being a part of the judging panel for the PMA’s and can’t wait to see what new innovations and campaigns the industry bring to light.

With 8+ years of account management and sales experience in the adtech space, Hollie has worked alongside a number of industries including fashion, retail, entertainment and travel and has a strong background in building client relationships and driving growth.

Jared started his digital marketing career agency-side specialising in SEM and has progressed to managing marketing functions focusing on acquisition. He is the head of performance marketing at Ted Baker. In this role he leads the global acquisition team and is responsible for driving the continued growth and innovation of these channels; Affiliates & Partnerships, Display, Paid Search, Paid Social and Organic Search.

Jo is the Affiliates and Partnership Manager at ProCook, where she has launched an affiliate channel for the brand and introduced a partnership programme to streamline processes and maximise opportunities. With over 8 years’ experience in the industry, Jo has a wide range of knowledge working across multiple verticals. Her digital expertise has enabled her to successful drive affiliate programmes into highly successful channels for multiple brands.
Global Performance Marketing Lead
Johnson has been working in Performance Marketing for over 7 years and has held roles on the agency and the client side. Working in agencies, Johnson has experience of leading performance based projects from a B2C and B2B perspective for businesses spanning from large enterprises to ambitious startups across a range of verticals. Making the switch to the client side, Johnson is currently leading Performance Marketing globally at Curve, the all-in-one financial super app, where he is focused on building and scaling the function for the fintech start-up.

Joshua has a little over 5 years of experience within performance marketing. First starting within an agency environment working with tier one clients and a huge range of startups growing their affiliate channel, he quickly grew to head of affiliates.
More recently Joshua moved brand side working for Chip, at first as their partnership marketing manager, overseeing the full activation of the partnership marketing channel using traditional affiliates, brand2brand, blogs, influencers and now as acquisition marketing lead using data to create informed acquisition strategies across partnerships, paid and referral marketing channels.

Now at the newly joined Virgin Media O2, she is a Senior Manager in the business’s Traffic Acquisition team. She also produces go to market plans for new business ventures within Liberty Global.

Laura currently leads the Affiliate Marketing activity for the HSBC UK Group. With her 8 year’s experience in the industry, not only is she responsible for driving results, but also on bringing innovation & excitement to the channel. Laura has previously held roles within marketing agencies and has experience in a variety of industries. However, she decided to focus on Financial Services and a true, personal area of interest.

Luke specialises in paid marketing strategy and delivery, with a history of delivering exceptional results for brands and clients. He is passionate about problem solving, growth, and helping build brilliant teams. Having joined MVF as Head of Native in 2019, Luke has led through the pandemic and out the other side, developing an exceptional team – one of the world’s largest (and best!) in the space, responsible for marketing budgets worth millions every year. He aims to be a thought leader in both native advertising and performance marketing as a whole.

Having helped to pioneer performance marketing during 8 years at TradeDoubler, she worked with clients across all sectors to develop cross-channel commercial strategies and attribution models. In 2010, she moved client-side to run digital media teams for some of the UKs biggest retail names, such as House of Fraser and M&S.
For the past 6 years, she has been working to join performance and brand-building initiatives into a single investment ecosystem driving commercial growth. She joined the hospitality group Greene King in June 2021 in support of the brilliant mission to ‘Pour Happiness into Customers’ Lives’.

With an extensive background in Digital Marketing over 8+ years within Affiliates, Influencers and Commercial, Maria has worked across a variety of sectors from Energy, Insurance, Fashion & Telco. Her core experience has been centered around leveraging large scale relationships with partners and fostering new innovations for long term strategic growth.

Matt’s career in performance marketing spans a decade, and within that time has held positions both at network and agency. He has managed some of the largest, award winning, and most progressive thinking brands globally, and has been part of the Dentsu network of brands for the last six years. Starting in Affiliate Marketing, and then broadening his knowledge to all of performance digital, he is now the Managing Partner across the Affiliate Marketing, and Retail Media propositions for Dentsu UK.

Michael joined Samsung in 2018 and since then has helped to deliver triple digit Ecommerce growth each year through Samsung’s owned eStore, EPP and Student websites. Aligning Online Marketing strategies across Search (Paid and Organic), Affiliates, CRM (Email, Push and App), Paid Social, Programmatic Display and Online Video has allowed Samsung to maximise in-market and high propensity traffic through to Samsung.com, and ultimately has led to DTC now contributing more than 10% of overall Business revenue.

Neale is the Affiliate and Partnerships Marketing Manager at Dunelm, the UK’s leading homewares retailer. He leads the overall affiliate channel strategy whilst retaining close relationships with Dunelm’s top partners. With over 7 years’ affiliate marketing experience at both in-house and network-side roles, Neale has a track record of driving scalable growth within a range of verticals including Home & Garden, Telco, Travel, Luxury and Gifting.

Digital Trading Manager
Currently heading up the affiliate program for BT Group’s EE Mobile, Rhea is responsible for leveraging analytics and monitoring the affiliate program, in order to develop and implement new strategic campaigns to achieve wider business objectives. Although now specialising in Telecoms, Rhea started her professional journey within affiliates at TopCashback where she gained experience working closely with various networks, agencies and advertisers across a range of verticals. Here she focused on delivering growth initiatives to create further revenue steams.

Ryan is a multi-channel head of marketing, with a decade of experience in the industry across both agency and client side roles. He currently works for THG, heading up both the Affiliate and Partnerships channel for Myprotein globally.
Sophie has worked in Performance Marketing for 10 years, both in agencies and client side. Working with brands such as Procter & Gamble (Publicis Groupe) and Adobe, she has had the opportunity to work on global campaigns, with multi-million-dollar budgets, across an extensive range of paid channels.
During this time, Sophie also founded and chaired the award-winning Pride @ Adobe Employee Network (Rainbow Honours Awards: LGBTQ+ Employee Network of the Year – Winner 2019). In 2020, Sophie was shortlisted for ‘Top 10 Diversity Hero’ from The British LGBT Awards due to her activism for the community.
Since then, Sophie has gone on to found 3&honey, a digital marketing start-up aimed at supporting purpose-led companies.

Valentina has been in the Affiliate industry for nearly 10 years, starting out at networks, continuing with an agency, before moving client side. She has worked across various sectors, from travel to telco and a multitude of retailers. During the last 3+ years Valentina has been managing the New Look Ltd. affiliate programme’ strategy and development and some direct partnerships.

Vikki’s involvement in partnership and affiliate goes back to 2010 with great career growth and success at CJ, Sovrn, Acceleration Partners and brand side. She joined tvScientific last summer and is quickly bringing her expertise in affiliate to the world of CTV. She has already integrated tvScientific’s platform into the major affiliate networks and become the go to person for affiliate agencies and brands to learn about how they can blend brand and affiliate budgets to get measurable results from TV spend.

Yasmin Breen has extensive performance marketing experience, beginning her career in employee benefits publishers before moving agency-side to Publicis Media. Here she became Head of Acquisition, leading a team specialising in Affiliate and Lead Generation marketing. The Acquisition team worked with a variety of household name clients in the Finance, Travel, Retail and FMCG sectors.
She has since moved into consulting at MH&A, working to create exceptional outcomes for her clients. She is particularly interested in the future role of performance marketing, new technologies and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in the space.
