Brett has over 25 years’ experience in Performance Marketing with a career spanning media, creative, direct marketing and digital at both agency and client side. He has worked with clients in the law enforcement, military, government, publishing, technology, automotive, food & drink, financial services and energy sectors – with roles including Head of Performance Marketing and Board Director at Carat and Chief Strategy Officer at iProspect. He moved back to client side with Diageo in 2015 into the leadership team of their global media transformation function: coDe. As their Head of Digital Execution he was responsible for delivering a global marketing capability programme called Powering Creativity with Media, and in his latest role as Head of Media Data; he is continuing to evolve Diageo’s responsible use of consumer data in media. He has two grown-up children, who also work in the performance marketing industry and they have taught him more than anyone else about affiliate marketing! (His wife has the most important job of all of them however – as a Pre-school Teacher.)
Known for her straightforward approach, Caroline Mulvihill has worked in the digital industry for 20 years, gaining experience across Affiliate Marketing, Paid and Natural Search. As a seasoned Performance Marketing professional Caroline has been recognised as one of the industry’s most influential players by the PerformanceIn organisation. She has also had multiple wins at the awards in both Best Managed Affiliate Programme and Best in Tech and Telco categories through demonstrating a relentless approach to optimisation. Out of the office Caroline can be found negotiating peace treaties between two teenage daughters, singing in a choir and watching box sets with her very patient husband.

With a background in fashion and a passion for performance marketing, Catherine has been at the helm of FitFlop’s ever-evolving affiliate & influencer strategy, resulting in the brand clinching a variety of Global industry awards & speaking engagements.

Ciara has been at Facebook for nearly 5 years. She joined Facebook in their EMEA HQ in Dublin working with the biggest UK Telecommunication Companies to help them shape their performance marketing strategies on Facebook. Ciara then moved to the UK in 2017 and is now working with some of the top British Luxury Fashion Brands across their entire strategies on the Facebook family of apps. Prior to Facebook, Ciara work at AdRoll a performance marketing platform focusing on the retail and financial servicer vertical; and at LinkedIn where she partnered with businesses of all shapes and sizes across EMEA.

Emilie Mouquot is the Customer and Growth Director at notonthehighstreet. She’s responsible for delivering the strategy for acquisition channels whilst ensuring improved loyalty and retention of customers. Her focus is very much on delivering a great experience that is relevant to customers, and which drives both sales and long term loyalty.
Emilie has experience in managing large scale marketing strategies in both B2B and B2C environments. She has over 12 years experience in managing multi-million pound budgets and has a proven track record in achieving fast growth and high profitability for the likes of Regus, Cheapflights Media and TripAdvisor.
Emilie is originally from Bordeaux in France and moved to London over 17 years ago. She’s passionate about food and loves cooking in her spare time.

Since then, he has moved throughout the travel industry, holding senior digital roles at British Airways, Hilton and Ryanair. Having joined in 2018, he is currently the Performance Media Director at Burberry, leading all digital performance channels globally.
Senior Manager - Global Affiliate and Partnership Marketing
Jared is currently the Global Sr. Manager of Affiliate and Partnership Marketing for Blue Nile and has been heavily engaged in the performance marketing industry for over thirteen years. Previous to this he was the business development and special projects Manager at Geek Chic, helping to prepare them digitally for their 2013 appearance on Shark Tank; and the Affiliate Manager for Jenson USA.
He sees the industry from a unique perspective, having spent the majority of his time as an in-house manager yet also having worked inside some of the world’s best OPM affiliate agencies. He has won awards for his management and has run a gamut of programs, specializing in developing new programs from the ground up as well as turning entire programs around to while focusing on quality content and brand marketing.
Leo has worked in digital for over twenty years, successfully launching a number of businesses in that time. In 2004 he ventured into performance marketing, building his company, Artemis8 (re-branded to Found in 2010) from a one-man band into a multi award winning enterprise, taking its place among the first wave of ‘super affiliates’. In 2011, Leo followed his passion for football, co-founding Squawka, the sport’s original data-led publisher, which attracts hundreds of millions of fans from all over the globe to its channels. He is now consulting for a variety of established digital businesses as well as start-ups.

Maria is the Marketing Director at Viator / TripAdvisor Experiences. In this role, she leads the global affiliate program, and is responsible for the continued growth and innovation of this channel. With over 16 years of digital experience across multiply industries, Maria started her career in SEM and quickly progressed to managing the full marketing mix from social media, SEO, CRM, PR, retargeting and display.

Mark has spent a total of nine years in digital marketing, with work experience in several European countries: UK, France, Spain and Czech Republic. He has worked both agency/network-side and client-side. He is currently the Head of Performance Marketing at Kiwi.com, responsible for the acquisition of all paid traffic. Michelle is Head of Ecommerce at Lily’s Kitchen, the leading Premium Natural Pet Food brand in the UK. Responsible for the D2C proposition at Lily’s Kitchen, Michelle is an experienced integrated marketing professional who has spent the last 20 years working in digital. She has a track record of driving ecommerce performance through multi-channel strategies having previously worked at Hotel Chocolat where she delivered 5 years of significant growth.

Richard started his career with First Choice Holidays where he began working in product marketing within the winter sports division before moving into ecommerce, quickly becoming Online Marketing Manager for the mainstream business. Rich has over 11 years affiliate experience across a range of aspects and verticals, including being Head of Affiliate at Mindshare UK, heading up the Publisher development team at CJ, European partnerships lead for Agoda.com and now the UK Lead for the eBay Partner Network (ePN). Thomas has a long record of delivering growth for many of the largest names online. During six years at Amazon, he led strategic seller acquisitions; executed new category launches; and delivered cutting-edge merchant services. After moving to Tesco, he tripled their marketplace business in twelve months. He currently leads Retailer and Agency engagement as a part of the senior team at Pricesearcher – the UK’s largest product search engine.
