With 7 years experience in the affiliate channel, Adam currently heads up the global affiliate strategy at Deliveroo. With a wealth of knowledge on how to grow the channel, Adam helps brands like Deliveroo make the most of the opportunity they have by working with a wide array of publishers and technology solutions. Prior to joining Deliveroo Adam ran the affiliate programme for Samsung in the UK where he delivered substantial growth over his two year tenure. Thanks to working network side at the start of his career Adam has a strong understanding of the inner workings of the channel and even had the chance to run a lecture at the University of Portsmouth explaining it.

In 2010, she moved client-side to run digital media teams for some of the UKs biggest retail names, such as House of Fraser and M&S.
For the past 5 years, she has been working to join up performance and brand-building across all channels into a single ecosystem to guide efficient media investment. She has a passion for how innovation and creativity underpinned with insight, can help businesses achieve success both online and in the physical space. She joined the hospitality group Greene King in June 2021 in support of the brilliant mission to ‘Pour Happiness into Customers’ Lives’. Focused brand proposition communication, and omni-channel measurement are the challenges now keeping her awake at night!
