2026 Gold Winner
Boden, Redbrain and impact.com – Dressing for Suc-CSS

The Challenge
Boden had a growing collection of underperforming SKUs, high-potential products not receiving visibility or sales through existing Google activity. Traditional campaigns were either too restricted or too inefficient to scale, leaving valuable inventory dormant.
The Strategy
Redbrain's CSS capability was integrated into product-level activity, reintroducing dormant SKUs to relevant audiences cost-effectively on a CPA basis with broader Shopping reach. Redbrain focused on broader search terms Boden wasn't actively targeting, driving higher incrementality and new customer acquisition.
Execution and Innovation
Continuous feed optimisation, SKU prioritisation, data transparency and bidding refinements helped scale efficiently without cannibalising existing performance.
Results
Exceeded targets and achieved a superior increase in ROAS, all without cannibalising existing search performance.
Judges' Verdict
"This entry sets a gold standard for CSS partnerships, transforming a typically opaque channel into a transparent, incremental growth engine."
"Radical transparency and specialist technical execution, when paired with honest measurement, can drive massive commercial impact without cannibalising existing search performance."
