Following Edenred Group's acquisition of Reward Gateway in 2023, the combined entity needed to prove its unique value to brand partners — demonstrating that a closed user group platform with 6 million UK public and private sector workers could deliver exceptional, measurable results at scale.
The Strategy
The RGER team maximised the trust employees have in its platform, delivering exceptional results to over 700 active brand partners across travel, tech, fashion, and health — continuously evolving its campaign offering from brand takeovers to multi-channel campaigns across web, app, and email.
Execution and Innovation
Close collaboration with advertisers and networks, data-driven decision-making, and creative campaign execution drove sustained growth. In 2025, £1.2 billion in transactions flowed through RGER — equivalent to £1 in every £490 spent in UK ecommerce.
Results
10% of total UK retail revenue generated via affiliates flowing through the platform, alongside strong platform updates and professionalised closed user group operations across 700+ brand partners.
