Once submitted, award entries are non-refundable, though you may withdraw an entry up until the judging week. Table and seat bookings are also non-Onrefundable once paid; however, we encourage swapping tickets with team members if a guest cannot attend. Please note that requested invoices must be paid at least two weeks before the event to secure your seating, and any guestlist changes or new dietary requirements should be emailed directly to awards@hellopartner.com.
