James has over 10 years digital experience, having started out managing paid search campaigns during his time with Ogilvy. Since then, he has moved throughout the travel industry, holding senior digital roles at British Airways, Hilton and Ryanair. Having joined in 2018, he is currently the Performance Media Director at Burberry, leading all digital performance channels globally.
