NMPi by Incubeta was widely praised by the judges as their passionate and driven team went above and beyond to support the external community. The outcome was the People & Culture Committee, formed by staff volunteers to lead the firm’s corporate social responsibility initiatives while giving them a greater voice in the business. Through the implementation of charity days for the staff and several partnerships, £17,793 was raised for charitable causes throughout the year — triple what was raised in 2018.
