The Challenge
As the world's largest partnership marketing agency managing clients in more than 40 countries, Acceleration Partners needed to demonstrate that global scale and deep local expertise can coexist — while continuing to innovate and expand services beyond traditional affiliate.
The Strategy
2025 marked a year of growth through service diversification, employee development, and measurable client-driven outcomes — spanning performance partnerships, traditional affiliate, influencer, performance PR, content, and B2B partnership marketing.
Execution and Innovation
Scaling a 300-person global team around data-driven strategies, launching the German business entity (Acceleration Partners GmbH) to support European expansion, and growing the UK client base to more than 50 brands, all while developing employees and diversifying service offerings throughout 2025.
Results
Strong client retention and acquisition rates across an enviable roster, including Amazon, Crocs, and TUI. Recognised as Best Affiliate Agency at the European Affiliate Awards and Best Agency Innovation at the Awin Agency Awards.
