Launched in Q4 2024, the affiliate channel showed potential, but by February 2025 a mix dominated by voucher sites, driving 70% of volume, was misaligned with the brand's premium positioning. With the biggest trading month of the year approaching, the channel needed a fundamental rebuild.

Their philosophy was clear: sustainable affiliate success is not activated during a sale; it is built through months of curated relationships, targeted campaigns, and precise planning.

The team rebalanced and scaled the programme, removing misaligned voucher-led volume and replacing it with a strategically curated partner mix.
Results
The goal was bold – deliver 200% year-on-year affiliate revenue growth in November at an 8:1 ROI. November delivered 475% year-on-year revenue growth and an ROI 25% above target.
