QVC had historically relied heavily on cashback partners and operated largely as a performance silo. In 2025, QVC's WIN growth strategy set an ambitious vision: drive live shopping content wherever customers shop, create the world's leading social commerce content engine, and lean into technology to reach new audiences.

The Strategy

QVC and CJ re-engineered affiliate into a multi-market growth engine integrated with brand, PR, analytics, and vendor marketing teams. Measurement and validation were rebuilt from the ground up, fixing long-standing attribution challenges and introducing incrementality modelling and exposure-based decisioning.

Execution and Innovation

Advanced incrementality frameworks and exposure-based measurement repositioned the channel within a broader social commerce ecosystem. A centralised operating framework unified the UK, Germany, and Italy while enabling local innovation — ending dependence on cashback and transforming the partner mix.

Results

ROAS and CPA strongly improved, with particularly strong UK performance. Affiliate delivered unique value to QVC's corporate WIN strategy and significantly enhanced internal perceptions of the channel.
