From there, she built a strong, hands-on understanding of how affiliate programmes run, how partnerships work, and what drives commercial performance, progressing into more strategic roles across the channel. For the past two years she has worked as an Affiliate Specialist at Boots, where her remit spans the full affiliate channel with a particular focus on affiliate-led influencer marketing.
