Caroline is currently leading the development of the Performance Marketing team within Zego,  a Unicorn Fintech insurance company disrupting the insurance market.  Prior to this she ran her own consultancy working with companies to maximise their affiliate programmes.  Caroline  “grew up” in digital marketing within BT leaving in 2019 as Head of Performance Marketing.  Whilst at BT Caroline’s team won 4 Performance Marketing Awards and so has now sat on both sides of the table.
