The Challenge
TRIP set out to establish itself as the dominant drinks brand on TikTok Shop — a platform still largely unproven as a scalable retail channel for FMCG brands. The ambition required building a creator ecosystem, a live shopping operation and a performance engine capable of delivering sustained, category-defining growth from scratch.
The Strategy
Go Places built an always-on campaign powered by One Place, its proprietary decision-intelligence platform, enabling real-time optimisation across pricing, stock, creators and live performance simultaneously.
Execution and Innovation
A large-scale creator participation model activated up to 150,000 creators, while a professional live commerce operation delivered 250+ hours of high-intent retail programming across structured product launches.
Results
TRIP became the number one drinks brand on TikTok Shop, achieving 449% GMV growth in a single month, and generating 3.5 billion searches.
