Struggling with the entry process? Not sure where to start? Don’t worry, we have a detailed step by step guide at your disposal.

1. Prepare your entry

The entry kit is your ultimate guide. It contains everything that you could possibly need to know about before starting your awards journey with us. In the first few pages it will explain everything from deadlines to eligibility periods and judging tips. It will also link you through to the category criteria spreadsheet, the document which explains in depth the criteria and descriptions for each of our awards and shows you how to structure your entry.

2. Submit and pay for your entry

Evalato is our entry portal. Here, you will be able to select categories, edit your entries and submit. As we operate a tiered entry system, you will be asked to pay upon submission. Don’t panic if this is going to be a challenge for you, as alternate payment options are available and explained in the entry kit FAQs.

3. Judging and shortlist

After submission, the hard work is done and it’s over to our judges! You can find details about the judging process on the website and in the entry kit if you wish to explore how it works. When judging is complete, we come away with a full shortlist and (secretly contained within) our winners. Upon the shortlist announcement, we will invite all the shortlisted companies to our brand new ‘Shortlist Networking Brunch’ at Soho House, White City. This event will be free to attend but exclusive to shortlisters and sponsors only.

4. If you're shortlisted (or even if you’re not)…

…its time for the ceremony! So book your seats, take a look at our Sales Pack (available at any time in the process) and join us for an evening of networking and celebration. All are welcome.
