Joanna is Group Head of Digital Marketing at Arcadia, driving the digital marketing strategy for the 8 brands as diverse as Topshop and Dorothy Perkins. Joanna started her career at Coopers and Lybrand, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant. She then joined Debenhams and worked in a variety of roles in finance, which ultimately led to a role reporting to the e-commerce Director and she never looked back! Initially involved in web development projects, including launching a new web platform and a fulfillment operation, in 2007 she took responsibility for all online marketing for Debenhams.com. Over the next 7 years she developed the team and marketing channels to support the growth of the multi-channel business. Joanna joined my-wardrobe.com in October 2012 as Trading Director leading the merchandising and marketing teams, before joining Arcadia in 2014.
