Mark has been with leading customer science business dunnhumby since 2004 where he has held various roles within the UK and internationally. He led the development of a number of strategic loyalty initiatives for both Tesco and Shell, before moving to Malaysia in 2008 as Head of Retail, to support the development of the Tesco partnership and the launch of the FMCG business. Since returning to the UK, Mark has been at the forefront of expanding the multi-channel media offering for manufacturers leading commercial teams in building awareness and loyalty initiatives for retailers and brands.
