Joshna joined Red Letter Days in 2007 and immediately made an impact by bringing a string of digital successes to the Dragon-owned gift experience company. She led and developed the company digital marketing strategy, and spearheaded a shift towards integrated content, successfully engaging customers across multiple platforms and devices.
Joshna’s eye for detail, analysis, strategy and opportunity is acclaimed, both internally and externally. By 2011, her growth and development of Red Letter Days’ small affiliate programme had resulted in an industry-wide recognition for its ongoing excellence. She’d significantly increased the company’s retail presence on the high street, as well as winning several digital awards, all of which resulted in her promotion as Head of Online. More accolades have followed, most recently in 2015 with The Drum Search Awards Best B2C Campaign – PPC. Today her leadership across the wider eCommerce and Digital Marketing Department sees her command a large, dedicated team and sales year on year continue to grow. Eight years in, Joshna remains as passionate as ever and is developing new interests within the business..
