Caroline has over 15 years of digital marketing experience, 12 years of which have been in performance marketing. As Head of Performance Marketing, she manages the Digital Direct Response channel (PPC, Programmatic, Social) SEO, Affiliate Channel and Livechat. Caroline has delivered consistent year on year growth and has previously driven the team to win Best Managed Affiliate programme for BT at these awards.
