Susan has 18 years under her belt working in affiliate marketing, performance marketing and in the later years driving global media transformation plans for major global brands in her roles at WPP & Publicis.
From March 2019, Susan has been appointed Chief Product Officer at Universal McCann EMEA responsible for the media agency product in EMEA; driving a data centric model focused on client growth and performance outcomes.
Prior she has held a number of global client leadership roles at Starcom/ Publicis Media in London and Middle East and also Neo@Ogilvy including global brands HEINEKEN, Etihad, Emirates, BlackBerry, British Airways, IBM & American Express. Her role on all focused on driving major brands transformation plans to become digital and data led media
Susan started her career as employee number 2 with Commission Junction Europe in 2001 and moved into a broad performance role working with clients and publishes with the CJ acquisition by ValueClick (Conversant) until 2007.
