Entry Criteria

Who Can Enter?

Any of the following will be eligible to enter this year’s awards. Advertisers, Publishers, Media Owners, Agencies, Networks, Startups, Technology Providers or Individuals who operate in the Performance Marketing sector.

Entries can be made either directly to the company or through an authorised agent such as their network, agency or PR agency.

Entries for multiple categories may be submitted, however, each entry must be adapted to fit the requirements by using the category-specific entry from the entry kit templates.

Regular price £295
Last Chance price £395

The Rising Star award is free to enter.



Eligibility

Companies can be based anywhere in the world but submissions should only relate to activity within the UK and the eligibility period of 12 months prior to the Last Chance deadline of 23.01.20. The Global Excellence award is the only exception where work can have been executed in any or multiple regions.

Any entries which have been submitted in previous years may not be submitted in 2020, unless you can clearly showcase considerable developments in the execution and results have occurred since the last time it was received. It cannot be a simple resubmission of the previous entry.



Templates Available

To ensure you format your entry correctly, we have designed an entry kit template for each of the categories. Whilst these are not mandatory, it is recommended so that you are in line with the criteria.

There is a bespoke entry template for each of the categories, and it is important that you use the correct one as each categories criteria is different.

Any designed templates may be accepted, but your entry must be less than 3 page A4 unless otherwise stated on the entry template.



Withdrawing an Entry

You may withdraw an entry until the 11th March 2020 with a written request; however, we will not issue any refunds for the entry fee after Last Chance Deadline of the 23rd January 2020.



Commercial Confidence

To ensure that your entry form does not have points deducted, please ensure that all entry forms are completed in their entirety. This also applies to ensuring your entry includes clear evidence of any commercial success and ROI. The more information you provide, will allow the judges to score you accordingly.

All information you provide will only be looked upon by the judges of your entered category, and they are made to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement. However, in the event you win an award, some information might be shared from your entry to be featured in our Book of the Night summary of this year’s awards.

If you possess any commercially sensitive information which you would prefer to remain confidential, please indicate this section as for judges eyes only.
